Context

Review monitoring required repetitive manual analysis across multiple accounts. Each review had to be checked, categorized, and translated into useful reporting insights, which made the process time-consuming and inconsistent when handled manually.

My Role

I designed and implemented the AI-assisted workflow, including the review classification logic, keyword extraction structure, Google Sheets output, and reporting process. I also kept human review in the workflow to ensure context, escalation, and interpretation were not fully automated.

What I Did

• Built a Zapier workflow connecting Google review data, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
• Created a structured classification system for sentiment, keywords, and risk level.
• Organized outputs into Google Sheets to support recurring reporting and trend analysis.
• Maintained human oversight for context, escalation, and final interpretation.
